Payment Terms
These payment terms apply to all services, analyses and digital services offered via the website ai.conmerx.com as well as via other digital offerings of conmerx UG (limited liability).
1. Scope
The services offered are directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
Entrepreneurs are natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who act in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.
Sales to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB do not take place.
2. Prices
All prices stated on the website are quoted in euros.
Unless otherwise stated, prices are exclusive of the applicable statutory value added tax.
Introductory offers, pilot prices or time-limited special promotions apply only for the period specified and only for the services explicitly named.
3. Payment Methods
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered during the ordering process. These may include in particular:
- credit card
- PayPal
- bank transfer
- other electronic payment providers
The available payment methods may vary depending on the product, tool or analysis.
4. Time of Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment shall be made in advance.
The execution of the commissioned analysis or digital service generally begins only after receipt of payment or after successful payment authorization by the respective payment service provider.
5. Invoicing
Invoices are issued in electronic form.
The customer will generally receive an invoice by email as a PDF document.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct and deliverable email address.
6. Provision of the Service
The commissioned services are provided digitally.
Depending on the booked service, delivery may take place, for example, through:
- transmission of an analysis report by email
- provision of a digital report
- download of an analysis report
- access to an online tool or analysis dashboard
7. Refunds
A refund is generally only possible as long as the execution of the commissioned service has not yet begun.
Once digital services, analyses or individually prepared evaluations have already begun or have been fully completed, there is generally no entitlement to a refund.
This applies in particular to individually performed website analyses and provided analysis reports.
8. Default of Payment
If the customer is in default of payment, conmerx is entitled to suspend further performance of services until outstanding amounts have been paid in full.
In all other respects, the statutory provisions regarding default of payment shall apply.
9. Changes to the Payment Terms
conmerx reserves the right to amend these payment terms if this is necessary for objective reasons and does not unreasonably disadvantage the customer.
The payment terms published at the time of the order shall apply.
