Scope<\/h2>\n<p>\nThe services offered are directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB).\n<\/p>\n<p>\nEntrepreneurs are natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who act in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a legal transaction.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nSales to consumers within the meaning of Section 13 BGB do not take place.\n<\/p>\n<h2>2. Prices<\/h2>\n<p>\nAll prices stated on the website are quoted in euros.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nUnless otherwise stated, prices are exclusive of the applicable statutory value added tax.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nIntroductory offers, pilot prices or time-limited special promotions apply only for the period specified and only for the services explicitly named.\n<\/p>\n<h2>3. Payment Methods<\/h2>\n<p>\nPayment can be made using the payment methods offered during the ordering process. These may include in particular:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>credit card<\/li>\n<li>PayPal<\/li>\n<li>bank transfer<\/li>\n<li>other electronic payment providers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\nThe available payment methods may vary depending on the product, tool or analysis.\n<\/p>\n<h2>4. Time of Payment<\/h2>\n<p>\nUnless otherwise agreed, payment shall be made in advance.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe execution of the commissioned analysis or digital service generally begins only after receipt of payment or after successful payment authorization by the respective payment service provider.\n<\/p>\n<h2>5. Invoicing<\/h2>\n<p>\nInvoices are issued in electronic form.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe customer will generally receive an invoice by email as a PDF document.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThe customer is responsible for providing a correct and deliverable email address.\n<\/p>\n<h2>6. Provision of the Service<\/h2>\n<p>\nThe commissioned services are provided digitally.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nDepending on the booked service, delivery may take place, for example, through:\n<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>transmission of an analysis report by email<\/li>\n<li>provision of a digital report<\/li>\n<li>download of an analysis report<\/li>\n<li>access to an online tool or analysis dashboard<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>7. Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>\nA refund is generally only possible as long as the execution of the commissioned service has not yet begun.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nOnce digital services, analyses or individually prepared evaluations have already begun or have been fully completed, there is generally no entitlement to a refund.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nThis applies in particular to individually performed website analyses and provided analysis reports.\n<\/p>\n<h2>8. Default of Payment<\/h2>\n<p>\nIf the customer is in default of payment, conmerx is entitled to suspend further performance of services until outstanding amounts have been paid in full.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nIn all other respects, the statutory provisions regarding default of payment shall apply.\n<\/p>\n<h2>9.
